Introduction

There are certain documents, plans and specifications you will need to submit when you make your MultiProof application.

The easiest way to apply for a MultiProof is through our Te Pae Portal.

If you are unable to submit an application via our Te Pae Portal download the MultiProof application form, together with the Compliance assessment report, and send to us at multiproof@mbie.govt.nz
