ModWood Decking and Screening is a range of wood/plastic composite boards in a range of widths and thicknesses.

The Loxo Cladding System consists of 50mm or 75mm-thick steel-reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels, 2200mm wide x 600mm high, mounted horizontally on H3.2 treated timber or high density expanded polystyrene (EPS) cavity battens and screw fixed to the external load -bearing wall. The Loxo Cladding System includes a plastered rendered coating to the exterior face of the panel.

The TRM WeatherAll® System is an acrylic-based textile-reinforced flexible adhesive waterproofing membrane system.

The key components of the system are:

• TRM ElastaMesh®

IBS RigidRAP®-XT is an 8mm OSB panel product faced with a laminated synthetic building wrap and with 10mm lightweight rigid foam on the rear of the panel.

Cedarscreen Board & Batten Weatherboards are boards direct fixed vertically to framing with a batten sealing the gap between boards, with stainless steel or silicon bronze cladding fixings. The weatherboards are available in Western Red Cedar, and with a Band Sawn Face, Dressed Face or Dressed Faced Sanded finish. Larch and Truwood weatherboards are supplied with a factory applied oil finish.

Moser aluminium clad timber windows and doors are made of solid American white oak timber and aluminium. The external side has a cladding of powder coated aluminium. The solid timber interior has a scratch resistant dual component paint finish. Moser thermal break windows and doors are made of powder coated aluminium. Both the aluminium clad timber and thermal break aluminium windows and doors are double glazed. Window models include fixed window, tilt & turn, awning and hinged casement windows. Door models include inward and outward opening hinged doors and sliding doors.

This certification covers the models listed in Section 9.

CSR Hebel® Intertenancy Wall System comprises of:

• A central single layer of PowerPanel50 or PowerPanelXL Hebel steel reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels, and
• Single stud timber or /steel framing walls built on both sides of the AAC panels with a minimum gap of 10mm between the framing and the AAC panel, including 90mm cavity insulation on both sides and lined with 10mm minimum thickness plasterboard.

PowerPanelXL is 75mm thick and PowerPanel50 is 50mm thick. The panels have square edges and are manufactured in a range of stock sizes.

The INDURACORE G2 external cladding system consists of INDURACORE G2 panels which are 4mm thick laminated Aluminium panels installed using either a Top Hat or Z-angle fixing system. Standard panel sizes include width of 1,250mm & 1,500m and length of 2,500mm, 3,200mm & 4,000mm. Custom panel sizes are available up to 1,500mm x 8,000mm.  

Masons roof underlays are manufactured from synthetic multi-laminate spun-bonded, non-woven polypropylene membranes.

This certificate covers the following products: 

• VHP Value (125 gsm) 
• VHP Strong (140 gsm) 
• VHP Ultra (180 gsm) 
• VHP Maxi (220 gsm)

Gorter Roof Hatches, Floor Doors, Stairs and Plenums are prefabricated units for installation in floors or concrete, timber or steel roofs of pitch up to 30 degrees, providing access to trafficable roof areas and sub ground spaces.
