KE KELIT KELOX Multilayer Pipe & Fittings System consists of multilayer solid wall PE-RT piping and compatible fittings.

KELOX Multilayer Pipe is manufactured from of transparent raised temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) inner and white outer cores and bonded to a welded aluminium central core pipe.

KELOX multilayer is manufactured in the following dimensions (d): d14, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63 and 75mm.

KELOX ECO has a transparent inner layer PE-RT and white outer layer PE-RT with 4 thin blue stripes.

KELOX ECO piping is manufactured in the following dimensions (d): 16, 20, 25 mm.

KE KELIT KELOX Multilayer Pipe & Fittings System includes options with factory applied insulation (4, 9 and 13mm) and jackets.

This certification includes the use of the following ranges of fittings with these pipes: PROTEC, WINDOX-U and WINDOX-W.

Kopine Ultralock™ 12 and Kopine Tongue & Groove12 flooring systems are high-density reconstituted wood panels manufactured by bonding radiata pine wood particles with a melamine urea formaldehyde resin using a combination of heat and pressure. The supplied glue bonds the panels together, to form a continuous flooring membrane and provides a seal against moisture, reducing any potential for edge peaking.

The JSC VertiClad Cladding System (the System) comprises: vertically fixed weatherboards installed over H3.2 treated timber castellated cavity battens to form either a 20mm cavity or a 45 mm cavity, fascia boards and moulding profiles.

JSC VertiClad Cladding System weatherboards are manufactured from the following materials; Western Red Cedar (Thuja Plicata), Alaskan Yellow Cedar (Cupressus nootkatensis), Radiata Pine – H3.2 (MicroPro® treated), Nordic Pine – H3.2 (MicroPro® Treated), Iroko (Milicia excelsa), TMT Amba, TMT Taiga RW, TMT Taiga WW, TMT Taxon or TMT Tuscan.

Katana Piles 80kN, 100kN & 150kN Series (Katana piles) are steel screw piles with capacities of 80kN, 100 kN and 150 kN utilising a proprietary designed screw thread and cutting comb.

KATANA piles are available in lengths of 1 to 4 metres, with extension, connector and capping accessories available.

The SikaWrap Hex Structural Strengthening System is a textile based structural strengthening system available in two options:

• SikaWrap Hex-100G (Glass fiber) plus Sikadur Hex-300, plus the option of adding Sikacrete-213 F (for fire protection)
• SikaWrap Hex-103C (Carbon Fiber) plus Sikadur Hex-300 plus the option of adding Sikacrete-213 F (for fire protection).

The SmartClad™ Weatherboard System consists of H3.1 LOSP treated finger jointed bevelback weatherboards using a fixing clip for either direct or cavity fixing. The components of the system include:

• PRIMAflex – A smooth flat autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet with square edges.
• PRIMAplank – An autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement siding board. Available in smooth, woodgrain & cedar profiles.
• PRIMAbase – An Autoclaved cellulose fibre reinforced cement sheet rebated on 3 sides for seamless jointing and as a substrate for texture coating.
• PRIMAalpha WeatherClad – An autoclaved smooth cellulose fibre cement cladding. Pre-primed featuring tongue & groove jointing system at the width & bevelled top edge at the back surface.
